Department barbecue with football tournament 2024

The department's annual barbecue and traditional football tournament took place on 26 June. The winner of the tournament was the "AS Bach" team, who held their own against a determined team of professors and left the pitch with a narrow 1-0 victory. Afterwards, everyone gathered for a cosy barbecue, and even a heavy downpour could not dampen the exuberant atmosphere.

The departmental barbecue is organised every year by the physics department with the active support of the student council, and the football tournament is organised by the jDPG. We would like to thank all the other helpers and participants who contributed to the organisation of this evening.
