Professor Rolf Diller receives Medal of Merit from the Deutsches Studierendenwerk (DSW)

Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Rolf Diller from the Department of Physics at the RPTU in Kaiserslautern has been awarded the Medal of Merit of the DSW, the umbrella organisation of all student unions based in Berlin, for his almost 20 years of voluntary work on the board of the Studierendenwerk Kaiserslautern.

A physicist by training, he has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2004 and its Vice Chairman since 2012. He has always been committed to striking a balance between all parties - objectively, factually and solution-oriented, coupled with great argumentation and negotiation skills. The DSW Medal of Merit is rarely awarded and is considered the "Federal Cross of Merit for Student Union Work".
