Raman Spectroscopy
General description
The oscillation Raman effect consists in the occurrence of oscillation inelastic (Stokes) and superelastic (Antistokes) lines in the fluorescence spectrum of gases, liquids and solids. In this experiment you will record and identify vibration Raman spectra of different liquid substances. In order to significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio when recording Raman spectra, you will be familiarized with the lock-in method.
