TechnoPhysics
TechnoPhysics is a bridge course between physics and engineering. The RPTU in Kaiserslautern is one of the first universities to introduce this course in 2016. In TechnoPhysics, fundamentals and practice are closely interlinked, so that the course qualifies students for many highly interesting professional activities. TechnoPhysics at RPTU is jointly organized by the Departments of Physics and Mechanical Engineering/Process Engineering and combines courses from both areas in a unique and highly complementary combination. The result is an exciting but also challenging course of study that provides graduates with a wide range of qualifications, giving them the best long-term prospects in the ever-evolving professional world.
New things are created above all at the interfaces between fields of knowledge - anyone who studies Technophysics has recognized this.
