Academic anniversary 2026

On Friday, 10 July 2026, from 16:30 in lecture hall 42-115 (Audimax), the Academic anniversary of the Department of Physics will take place.

During the ceremony, all graduates who graduated in the period from 01.04.2025 - 31.03.2026 will be honoured and the Student Prize, the Young Physicist Prize as well as the Hartmut-Hotop-Prize will be awarded.

In addition to musical performances by the Nadiia Zhurba Trio, Prof. Dr. Jörg Pretz will provide further entertainment with “Physics and Music—From the Garden Hose to the Trombone.”
