Teaching symposium Disciplinarity vs. Interdisciplinarity

As part of the reaccreditation process for the B.Sc./M.Sc. Biophysics, B.Sc./M.Sc. TechnoPhysics and M.Sc. AQP degree programs, the department is hosting a teaching symposium on the topic of disciplinarity vs. interdisciplinarity.

The upcoming reaccreditation process for the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs will be carried out in a development-oriented process. Disciplinarity vs. interdisciplinarity was chosen as the main topic.

The schedule is as follows:

10:00 - 12:00 hPlenary: Presentation of the development-oriented procedure for reaccreditation followed by a panel discussion on the topic: Disciplinarity vs. Interdisciplinarity
12:00 - 13:00 hLunch with discussions
13:00 - 14:00 h

Workshops to the individual degree programs: 

  • Presentation of the study programs and development goals 
  • Open discussion on the further development of the degree programs
14:00 - 14:30 hCoffee break
14:30 - 15:00 hClosing plenary session: Presentation of the results from the workshops

 

All members of the physics, biology and chemistry departments are invited. Numerous participants from all status groups are requested.
